We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

⚠️ Products returned due to change of mind may not be eligible.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care / hygiene products (if opened)

  • Products bought on sale or clearance

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.


πŸ’΅ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided as:

    • Bank transfer

    • Store wallet / store credit

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.

  • If the return is for other reasons, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
